Electrolysis is something you need someone that has experience. Carol is great for that. I found her to be very professional. I would recommend her without a doubt that she would get all of the nasty little hairs out and do it with ease. I don't like pain and she recommended that I put a product on before I went to my appointments. It worked great. And now--no more hair. I had tried laser treatment, but found this method much more reliable.

Ouch! I tried their hair removal lotion when they first introduced it. The lady left it on to long and it burnt off skin in a few places on my legs. Although that was painful, and I shouldn't have had to go through that. The lady that did my legs was super sweet about it. She gave me 50$ in gift certificates. Offered to redo them after my legs healed, and kept apologing none stop. That is great customer service, I could tell she felt really bad
