This is a place I used to several types of service on my VW, I also bought my car there. The service is good, on several occasions they will make suggestions but will never force parts or services on you. Reasonable prices, easy to deal with personnel.

This shop is one of the very few in Cincinnati truly certified to work on VW's. I've taken my car here many times and although had to pay sometimes more than expected, they always took the time to fix it carefull, explain to me what the problem was and sometimes even go above and beyond performing additional checks and replacing minor parts here and there for no additional charge.
