We made an appointment a week out. Dropped the car off the night before the scheduled appointment date with the workscope and our contact information enclosed. We called them late in the afternoon and they had not even looked at the car. They claimed they did not have our contact information. Go somewhere else if you want good service.

WE have had good experiences with Falhaber, Charlie Gardner is a very good salesperson and Rich in their Service area is also very good. The only problem we had is with the car and it just started about 6 months ago 2.5 yrs into the lease. The Pathfinder with 44K miles on it was shuttering alot on the highway. We took it into the shop and they said that they had to adjust the bearings and the fuel pump needed to be replaced. It was an inconvenience but they covered the repairs and we were on our way. Three weeks later my wife was driving it and smoke started pouring out of the front. The radiator was blown and they had to put a new one in. The car still ran kind of weird but we figured we only had 4 months to go until we turn it back in. Just the other day while at Smith Muffler in Covington KY getting the oil changed they showed me that there was oil in the radiator fluid. I told them that they just replaced the entire radiator.
