“My daughter is currently in 5th grade. I cannot say enough good things about PRE. In 5 years, we have not encountered a teacher we didn't love. The curriculum is challenging, as reflected in the above-state-average OAT scores. My girl has learned things I never studied until middle school. Last year, the staff worked tirelessly to have the students compete in the First Lego League, an extremely involved, global science organization (google it up!). It was a great experience for the kids; my daughter loved it. This event is just one example of several activities for families and students to participate in, both academic and recreational. What's also important to me is the diversity of cultures; PRE has a nice mix. Finally, the teachers know and truly care about the kids; it's refreshing to see kids running to hug the staff on a daily basis. I recommend this school to anyone!”

“I love Pleasant Run Elementary. My children are receiving an excellent and challenging education from teachers who honestly care about their success. They are involved in boy scouts, girl scouts, and dance. The principal is outstanding! She is a great person and I love the fact that she knows all the children and have their best interests at heart. The PTA does a really good job of creating opportunities for the entire school family to come together. I really love this school!”

“First,I would like to say that the involvement with the parents are not rated as zeo, academics again is poor as well. The teachers they have are not well trained for the positions they are in, to be teaching”
